Hot Springs is a town on the Flathead Indian Reservation in Sanders County, Montana, United States. It is named for the local hot mineral springs that still bubble today. Thousands of people seeking rest and relaxation, travel to the to bathe in the fine mineral waters located on four different sites around town.
Glacier National Park is a 1,583-sq.-mi. wilderness area in Montana's Rocky Mountains, with glacier-carved peaks and valleys running to the Canadian border. It's crossed by the mountainous Going-to-the-Sun Road. Among more than 700 miles of hiking trails, it has a route to photogenic Hidden Lake. Other activities include backpacking, cycling and camping. Diverse wildlife ranges from mountain goats to grizzly bears. It is 71 miles to the Apgar visitor center.
Explore Glacial Lake Missoula National Natural Landmark , AKA the Camas Prairie Ripples, located just a few miles outside of the town of Hot Springs. Glacial Lake Missoula was the largest of several lakes impounded by the Cordilleran Ice Sheet in the Northern Rocky Mountains during the Quaternary period. At least three separate collapses of the ice dam, caused the lake to drain, producing catastrophic floods and thus these giant ripples.

Flathead river is 21 miles to Perma access; Clark Fork river is 27 miles to Paradise access or 23 miles to Plains fairgrounds access. Flathead Lake is the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi River; known for its clean and clear water. The lake if 47 miles from Hot Springs and offers swimming, boating, beautiful views and other tourism opportunities.
The town of Hot Springs offers live music on most weekends in the local restaurants and bars; as well as, during special events. It host an annual Blues festival at the Symes Hotel in July and Homsteaders street party in June.
The Bison Range is a historical wildlife conservation area that is home to roughly 350 bison. The Bison Range is a self-directed driving tour with two scenic drives. The primary drive is Red Sleep Drive, a 2 hour, 19 mile loop that goes up and over Red Sleep Mountain. The Bison Range is 40 miles from Hot Springs.
